Nordhill Industry is a Lithuanian company that provides manufacturing solutions and support (industrial subcontracting) nationally and internationally to industries including the aerospace, defence, security, electronic equipment, medical equipment, fabricated metals, telecommunications, boating and transport sectors.

 
Thanks to our wide range of services, trusted partners and strict quality-control system, we can offer clients efficient solutions within set deadlines for each project.

How we work

The mission of Nordhill Industry is to find the best solutions for our clients with respect to development, mechanical and electronic engineering and manufacturing in different industrial sectors and defence. This ranges from initial designs on paper and prototypes to production and completed products. 

The work of Nordhill Industry includes integrated supply chain management, drafting and drawing, technical writing, and project and quality control management. Our selected subcontractors in manufacturing are trusted partners.

Our management team has more than 10 years of experience in subcontracting services in the industrial and defence sectors.

Our Certificates

Nordhill Industry has all required permits and licenses, necessary to carry out design, development, manufacturing, integration, sales and aftermarket support of electronic, automatic and mechanical equipment, appliances, parts and components. The quality of production is confirmed by ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certificates. All welding works are performed under supervision of the qualified IWE specialists. Quality control is performed by specialists certified according to ISO 9712: visual testing (VT), penetrant testing (PT), magnetic particle inspection (MT). 

The company welding specialists have skills and qualifications according to the following issued certificates:

  • Diploma of International Welding Engineer, issued by Slovenian Welding Institute

  • Certificate for Non-Destructive Magnetic particle testing (Level 2) of welded joints and base metal in accordance with SIST EN ISO 9712:2012, issued by Slovenian Welding Institute

  • Certificate for Non-Destructive Magnetic particle testing (Level 2) of welded joints and base metal of pressure equipment in accordance with Directive 2014/68/EU and SIST EN ISO 9712:2012, issued by Slovenian Welding Institute

  • Certificate for Non-Destructive Penetrant testing (Level 2) of welded joints and base metal in accordance with SIST EN ISO 9712:2012, issued by Slovenian Welding Institute

  • Certificate for Non-Destructive Visual testing (Level 2) of welded joints and base metal in accordance with SIST EN ISO 9712:2012, issued by Slovenian Welding Institute

  • Certificate for Non-Destructive Visual testing (Level 2) of welded joints and base metal in accordance with Directive 2014/68/EU and SIST EN ISO 9712:2012, issued by Slovenian Welding Institute

Company’s constant focus on continuous improvement and talent development allows our experts persistently participate in various courses and trainings, including specialty oriented Master and PhD educations. Business Continuity Plan

In order to be able to recover from internal and external disruptions of normal business activities, the Business Continuity Plan has been developed and periodically exercised. The Business Continuity Plan provides policy and guidance to ensure that Nordhill Industry can respond effectively to a disruption, minimize damage and loss of material, intellectual property and lives, and restore its normal activities in a timely and organized manner.
